He founded The Scientific Global Center of Ibn Baz and supervised it as recommended by His Eminence, Sheikh Ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him), with the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahad Bin Abdulaziz (may Allah have mercy on him) and later, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz (may Allah have mercy on him too), and finally, the support and care of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz (May Allah support him).  The center is intended for scientific and cultural activities. It has the headquarter of His Eminence Sheikh Ibn Baz’s private library, one of the largest libraries and scientific centers in Saudi Arabia.

The Founder of the First Charitable Foundation for Reconciliation

He founded the first nonprofit foundation for reconciling people (Islah Organization), with the support and guidance of His Highness Prince Abdul Majeed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah have mercy on him, the former governor of Makkah region.

He worked voluntarily as its chief executive since its establishment in 1422 AH. He continued managing it with His Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the Chancellor of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Governor of Makkah Region.

Dr. Nasser was famous for seeking forgiveness for those sentenced to death penalty, and for reconciliation cases. He used to .... More

Social, Literary, Scientific, and Cultural Activities

 He was a member in many activities, and associations, in addition to charitable and humanitarian organizations. However, from 1428 AH and on, he dedicated himself to his largest project of (Peace be upon you, O Prophet), the voluminous scholarly, international, civilizational, humanitarian project which focuses on introducing comprehensively the prophet’s (PBUH) life, noble manners, great morals, and tolerable teachings. This project entailed many scholarly projects, civilizational accomplishments, international fairs and museums, and international cultural centers which were appreciated and welcomed worldwide. These projects have had the support, sponsorship, and supervision of the Muslim World League represented by its secretary general Dr. Abdelkarim Al-Isa.

Salam Civilizational Group completed (10) ten international civilizational fairs and museums; the content of which emanates from scientifically rooted and renovated encyclopedias, based on the Holy Qur’an and the Noble Sunnah. The fairs are the first and largest of their kind ever. They are: 

  1. At-tahiyatu lil-lah Azza wa Jalla, the divinely Int. Fair, named (Greetings to Almighty Allah).
  2. The International Fair of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization

ثم تفرغ تفرغًا تامًا منذ عام 1428هـ  ، لمشروعه الكبير الذي نذر نفسه له: (السلام عليك أيها النبي)، المشروع العلمي العالمي الحضاري الإنساني الأضخم في التعريف الشامل بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وآدابه الكريمة، وأخلاقه العظيمة، وشريعته السمحة، وهو المشروع الذي كان انطلاقة كبرى لمجموعة السلام الحضارية التي تشتمل على مشروعات علمية ومنجزات حضارية ومعارض ومتاحف دولية ومراكز ثقافية عالمية وجدت ترحيبًا دوليًا وثناءً عالميًا، وقد حظيت هذه المجموعة والمشروعات بدعم ورعاية وإشراف رابطة العالم الإسلامي، بقيادة أمينها العام معالي الأستاذ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين

أسس مركز ابن باز العلمي العالمي وأشرف عليه بوصية من سماحة الإمام عبدالعزيز بن باز -رحمه الله-،

وبدعم من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك فهد بن عبد العزيز آل سعود -رحمه الله- ثم خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبد الله بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود -رحمه الله،

ثم استمر الدعم والعناية بهذا المركز من لدن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود أيده الله، وهو مركز مختص بالأنشطة العلمية والثقافية، وبه مقر مكتبة سماحة الشيخ الخاصة التي تعد من أكبر المكتبات والمراكز العلمية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

إنجاز المحتوى العلمي لمجموعة السلام الحضارية

التي تشتمل على (10) عشرة معارض ومتاحف منبثقة عن موسوعات علمية تأصيلية تجديدية قائمة على القرآن الكريم والسنة الشريفة هي الأول والأضخم من نوعها في التاريخ:

1- المعرض الرباني العالمي ( التحيات لله عز وجل)
2-المعرض الدولي للسيرة النبوية والحضارة الإسلامية
3-المتحف الدولي للسيرة النبوية والحضارة الإسلامية
4-معرض ومتحف الحجرة النبوية الشريفة
5-معرض الأنبياء عليهم الصلاة والسلام كأنك تراهم
6-المعرض والمتحف الدولي للحج والعمرة
7-معرض القناديل المعلقة
8-معرض شقائق الرجال
9-معرض براعم الايمان

ساهم في تأسيس أول مؤسسة خيرية في إصلاح ذات البين

ساهم في تأسيس أول مؤسسة خيرية في إصلاح ذات البين ، بدعم وتوجيه من سمو الأميـر عبد المجيد بن عبد العزيز آل سعود -رحمه الله- أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة سابقا، وعمل رئيسًا تنفيذيًّا لها تطوعًا منذ تأسيسها في عام (1422هـ)، ثم واصل عمله في إدارتها مع سمو الأمير خالد الفيصل بن عبد العزيز مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين – أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة، واشتهر بالسعي في قضايا العفو في المحكومين بالقصاص وفي قضايا إصلاح ذات البين ، وحمل شفاعات الملوك والأمراء لأطراف النزاع، وكان من ثمارها العفو من القصاص في أكثر من (400) أربعمائة قضية بفضل الله عز وجل ، كما تم النظر بالإصلاح الأسري والعائلي في قرابة (100.000) مائة ألف قضية في شتى الخلافات الأسرية والاجتماعية والمالية وغيرها وقد نالت هذه اللجنة جائزة التميز للعمل الاجتماعي بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، ونُقلت تجربتها الرائدة لبدان عديدة، ثم طلب الإعفاء من سمو أمير المنطقة من العمل باللجنة للتفرغ التام لمشروعاته العلمية الإنسانية الحضارية العالمية (التحيات لله عزوجل) و (السلام عليك أيها النبي).
